Toxicodendron rydbergii (Poison Ivy)

Order Sapindales, Family Anacardiaceae, Genus Toxicodendron

Look for this plant on the slopes below the road along Lower Mag, and on the Waterfall Trail. Note, of course, the three droopy leaves, the shiney green color sometimes tinged with red, and the fruits. The only time I ever had Poison Ivy, I got it from slinging my arm over a dog who had been in it. I have seen plants almost 5' tall in a desert canyon in Utah.
