Order Ranunculales, Family Ranunculaceae, Genus Actaea
Actaea rubra, whose berries are preceded by white flowers. is a poisonous plant, but various parts are eaten by both mammals and birds. Humans should avoid temptation. I took these photos on the Waterfall Trail. Wikipedia and Southwest Colorado Wildflowers have more information.
