This mustard appeared suddenly, in force, in 2003. I had never seen it before! Now it is everywhere, by the millions. We have been pulling it in our meadows with some success which means you can too. Flora of North America says it is introduced, but other sites say it is native. I'm going with FoNA.
This photo shows how this plant can become robust, and develop mats that cover the soil, preventing anything else from growing.
